Retention of Rate Information or Sheets

Answered by:

Question:
How long are banks required to keep rate information? or rate sheets?
Answer:

It really depends on the content of the rate sheets. Likely this is used with your advertising and disclosures. In any case, 230.9(c) requires a two year retention from the date the disclosures were used.
