You need to retain the parts of your website that would be retained if they were on paper. It doesn't matter if you save it on paper, a diskette, CD-ROM, DVD, a backup drive or a server.
In most cases the retention applies to your advertisements. Reg DD has retention requirements and most banks advertise deposit products. Reg Z doesn't have a retention requirement, but most banks retain the loan ads at least until the next exam. You may also want to keep proof of compliance on forms as well, such as for Reg B, data collection under HMDA or the Fair Housing Home Loan Data System and other applicable laws.
