Our bank needs a risk assessment for Live Chat. Does anyone know where I can find one to begin working with so we don't have to reinvent the wheel?

I have not seen one but would refer you to the BOL threads to see if your peers (a wider market than the gurus) has done one. You might be specific as to the channel - is it protected such as for a customer already logged on to internet banking, website based where there hasn't been authentication, or both. And to what degree will you discuss an issue in chat? These would each greatly influence the assessment, in my opinion.
