Does the risk based pricing notice or the pricing exception notice replace any and/or all of the FACTA disclosures on consumer real estate transactions?
Answer: 

Not sure which FACTA disclosures you are referring too. However, it can replace the Notice to Home Loan Applicant if you use the exception notice H-3.
