Risk Management Program

Typically the purpose of any RMP should result in a stable, healthy and competitive institution for its customers, employees, and Board. Depending on the size, complexity, and geographic diversity will determine the sophistication required for an institution's RMP. Remember, staff responsible for implementing the risk management program must perform those duties independent of risk-taking activities for an RMP to be successful.
