What if someone tries to rob you by passing a note in the drive-through?

Although these types of robberies don’t happen that frequently, it is a good idea to have a plan. Some banks have policies that state not to give out money in these cases. I would recommend giving out a small amount of money, making other employees aware, immediately locking the door, and calling the police with a description.
