Robbery training: Not just for tellers

Anyone who works in a financial institution and could potentially be involved in a robbery should attend robbery training. Although tellers are normally the target of a robber, other employees are often and unexpectedly involved. It is therefore critical for all employees to learn about robbery prevention, response, and the aftermath.
