Savings Acct. as Collateral-Loan Fees

Answered by:

Question:
For a loan with a savings account as collateral, can all of the loan fees (doc fees, credit report fees, etc) be included in the savings hold?
Answer:

It would be a matter of your customer signed security instrument as to what and how much of the savings account collateralizes your loan.
