Schedule of Fees

Answered by:

Question:
Is a bank required to give its business customers a schedule of fees?
Answer:

Only good manners or the law of your state would impose such a requirement. Federal law, in the form of the Truth-in-Savings Act as implemented by Regulation DD, only requires a disclosure of fees "in connection with the account" to consumers.
