CBD oil can be a by-product of either hemp or marijuana. If it is hemp it may be okay to sell CBD oil in your state. If it is from marijuana it is not okay. Many financial institutions are turning a blind eye to this industry. It is a strange environment when the law is lagging behind the industry. In many states law enforcement is also turning a blind eye. That does not mean your financial institution should not address it with the customer.
