TILA Signed by Non-borrowing Spouse

Question: 
Should a non-borrowing spouse ever need to sign a Truth In Lending for an interim construction loan for a secondary residence or for a home purchase for that matter?

Answer by Dan Persfull:There is never a reason, other than maybe an internal procedure or a state law, for anyone to sign the Truth In Lending disclosure.

Answer by Richard Insley:It would be good to mention that investors often require signatures on more documents than the law requires.
