Yes. In my opinion between the emphasis on SCRA and MLA issues and the regulatory protections, this is essentially a protected class, although you will not find it in Reg B. The CFPB has a separate department for the military and often publishes a complaint analysis on just this group. Being able to separate servicemember complaints or the lack thereof should also assist you in your SCRA/MLA exam segments.
