Tracking complaints is required

What might happen if we don't have a system to track complaint resolutions?
Answer: 

When you are examined, expect the regulator to have a list of complaints received, including those resolved and those pending. They'll also verify the resolution of those complaints. This can help ensure that you are following consumer protection requirements and not violating any laws. Your process for resolving complaints is a reflection on your desire to serve your customers. It is important that you know what is happening, and when.
