We heard that some of the same-day ACH credits in Phase I were not intentional. What happened?

Answer:

As anticipated, there were a number of software issues that contributed to unintentionally submitting credit files, especially payroll, as same-day transactions. Additionally, it’s likely that some were attributed to a lack of awareness by the customer. We anticipate these issues in Phase II as well.
