Unmarried Couple Applies for Mortgage

I have two unmarried borrowers applying for a mortgage loan. Should they complete two separate applications and receive two separate sets of loan disclosures?

You should treat them as you would married joint applicants; otherwise, you are treating them differently based on marital status which is a prohibited factor in Reg. B.
