We include the Equal Housing Lender logo in all our home loan ads. Are we also required to include the “Equal Opportunity Lender” logo?

Answer:

The answer really depends on your regulator. OCC regulated institutions are not required to comply with either of these advertising requirements. Federal Reserve regulated institutions must use the Equal Housing Lender logo. FDIC and NCUA regulated institutions may use either the “Equal Housing Lender” logo or “Equal Housing Opportunity” logo.
