Our company's website includes a page for each Loan Officer. Potential applicants can apply for a home mortgage. We are now being told that their URL address cannot be on the business cards. Is this correct?

Answer:

I would ask for a cite. I've not heard of this and know of no law or regulation that would be fractured with this.
