Who has time for all of social media?

We are a small bank and our marketing department wants a big presence, but with limited staff and there seem to be more social media varieties than we have time for. Are there any suggestions that allow a small bank to leave a big footprint on social media?

There is one program I have used called Hootsuite. It allows you to create one post and simultaneously send it to several outlets, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+. There are other mass posting programs available also. This one allows you to write entries in advance and schedule them for release at a later date such as to sync with promotions you want emphasized.
