Whose voice is that?

If I recognize the voice of my account holder over the phone why do I still need to verify their identity.

Good question! Too many times we rely upon recognizing the voice of a caller or connect it to the phone number being displayed. Phone numbers can easily be “spoofed” to look like any number the fraudster wants. Advanced artificial intelligence or AI technology allows the fraudster’s spoken words to be transformed into the voice of the intended target! His voice now sounds like that of your account holder!
