We post periodic statements on our web site instead of emailing them. Do we have to email customers each time the statements are posted and tell them they have been posted? If they have more than one account with us do we have to send multiple emails?
We would like to place link to Nada (blue book) and a link to Equifax on our home page. Are there compliance issues or regs that prohibit us from doing this? We are a commercial bank located in New York State regulated by the OCC.

The Federal Reserve issued interim rules giving guidance for e-disclosures under Regs B, M, Z, etc. What about HUD? Can we, or can we not, provide RESPA disclosures electronically?
