P*Q from the BOL threads has contributed several tools. This one was contributed based on requests in the BOL threads. It was developed to be similar to a form used for new business accounts but tailored for non-governmental organizations and intended to answer questions from exam manuals. The form is used in all branches. It is completed when establishing an account for a non-profit. If it is determined that an NGO may present a higher level of risk, using this form at account opening allows the bank to already have the enhanced due diligence information as suggested in the BSA exam manual. Having this information at account opening helps to have a better understanding of each non-profit and their purpose and funding.
