Adverse Actions Notice Audit Workpaper

KTMiteComply, a BOL user, was getting frustrated when it came to auditing adverse action notices. Reg B was one issue, but keeping up with Reg C (HMDA) was another. She pulled together several resources and created a sheet that would help her do her job. KT uses this tool to make sure all of the HMDA information required, such as denial reasons and whom it was denied by, either by board or investor, as well as income, credit inquiries when applicable, etc. is in the file and compare it to the information in the software that reports HMDA. So it is just something to help compare all aspects from actual documents in file to software. She shared this tool because you might find it useful too.
