NMLS renewal season approaches
The Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (better known as the NMLS) has posted a reminder that the NMLS 2023 Annual Renewal period will open on November 1, 2022, and end December 31, 2022. All federally-regulated mortgage loan originating institutions must renew their registrations for 2023 during the two-month renewal period. Also, all individual mortgage loan originators actively registered before July 1, 2022, must be renewed for 2023 during the renewal period.
