Yonkers credit union receives enforcement order
The NCUA has announced it issued a consent cease and desist order in November to Yonkers Postal Employees Credit Union, Yonkers, New York, ordering the credit union to—
- Provide the final opinion audit report for its 2020 financial statements to the NCUA
- Engage a licensed independent firm to perform a financial statement opinion audit, effective December 31, 2021, in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
- Engage a certified fraud examiner to perform a fraud examination covering the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
