Update to Comptroller's Handbook Liquidity booklet
The OCC has issued Bulletin 2023-15 to announce an updated "Liquidity" booklet of the Comptroller's Handbook. This booklet provides examiners with guidance on assessing the quantity of a bank's liquidity risk and quality of liquidity risk management.
