The content of the presentation was excellent, and the speaker was very informative! I do wish the platform used for the webinar had been more user friendly. I ran system checks several weeks in advance to ensure I would be able to attend the webinar with no issues. Ultimately, I decided to attend on my personal iPad which passed the system checks, as I was unable to pass the system checks on my work laptop (despite working with tech support) and my personal computer. When trying to enter the webinar on my iPad within 15 minutes of the start of the webinar, I was unsuccessful. I ended up viewing the webinar on my iPhone and calling in on the phone for audio.
