Is joint intent required at application or at a completed application status? The question arose, because if joint intent is not
established at application, can any change prior to a completed application status be considered contemporaneous?

Our loan software provider has recently deleted the Government Monitoring Form from the list of required documents on loans subject to HMDA. Is this completed form no longer required on HMDA loans?.

Many of our applications are done online. If a consumer fills out an application online, but does not hit the submit button, yet we can see the 6 pieces, are we required to disclose the loan estimate if they did not submit the application?

Is it a Reg B violation to instruct loan officers to avoid taking applications for credit cards if the customer does not own a home, does not have $1500 in their account & does not have active credit cards with other banks?

Our credit card provider has a credit card application that is a pdf form. They want us to link it from our website and our customers would fill it out online and then print it out and mail it in to them. The website address for the form is not an https address, only http, which makes me not want my customer to fill it out online. Am I correct in this thinking?
