Servicing of payments of credit secured by a consumer's principal dwelling calls for loan payments to be credited on the day received (for all loans booked as of 10/1). Our normal practice is to post/credit payments the next bs. day for those received after cutoff (4:00) and on Saturdays (unless it causes customer to be late, then we will credit for date received). How are you handling this? Are you including the exception language on your notes or do you already credit the loan on date received so it is a moot point?

Anyone? We are wondering how you are handling your Saturday receipt of payments - credit on next business day? Or is that no longer considered "reasonable"?
