ArrowHead; I'm not sure why you say that the Tiered pricing method is necessarily score driven. It says you can use that method if you use tiers based in whole or in part on a consumer "report". It doesn't say it must be tied to a score.

You do make a good point that this may not be score driven. However, the score is a common denominator for such methods. I have not had experience with any Tier method not based on a score. If anyone could provide an example it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if a bank is using a Tiered method not based on a score. Is any one considering to start using a score to apply the exception?
