Does anyone have a program where the bank makes a donation to a school, non-profit organization, etc, when a customer opens a checking account? For example, if you open a checking account with the Bank, the bank will donate a % of the account opening deposit or a set dollar amount to ABC school.

I am trying to determine if there are any regulation issues (which I do not think that there are) or any Ga. statute requirments or other issues that would need to be considered. Any insight is much appreciated.
