Does anyone know the statute regarding PODs on CDs and whether georgia law allows for a contingent beneficiary?

Look in Title 7 Article 8. Whether it is permitted or not, I would vote against allowing such a practice. It puts the bank in the middle of what could be an uncomfortable, difficult to manage situation. That's what a will is for.
