Is Reg B's Intent to Apply for Joint Credit applicable to guarantors on a commercial loan? For example, I have a commercial loan to XYZ Company that has two guarantors. Do the guarantors need to sign a notice of intent to apply for joint credit when completing the commercial application? Would there be a difference if the loan was to a partnership?

Your instincts are right - this has been discussed here many times. Do a search of this forum using "+intent +guarantor" (without the quotes) and you will find many threads.
