I've noticed that some banks are offering their online business banking customers the same Reg. E error resolution policy, 60 days from the statement date.

Is this an industry standard? Or am I missing something, because Reg. E applies to consumers only.

I haven't seen this. If banks are doing it, perhaps it is a means of trying to gain market share. There is more risk here, in my opinion, unless there are tight constraints on the access device. Certainly though it is permissible.

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
We had our attorney draft a contract for our commercial customers that spell out who's liable for what. We don't provide Reg. E protections to commercial customers.
