The four banks in our holding company will soon be consolidating charters and will be a single bank with a single bank name different from any current bank name. Would the simple act of a name change constitute a change to our privacy policy requiring a mass mailing? Nothing else will be changing.

We generally include the privacy notice in the brochure we send to all customers covering various merger issues (disclosure changes such as EFT, Reg CC, account changes, etc.).
