John Warner National Defense Authorization Act – 2007

Is there a dollar amount of the lending activities within this amendment?
Some of the commentaries I have been reading say that this is primarily focused on predatory lending, such as payday loans.

Is there a minimum $ here? ($300, $500, ..?)
