Is the bank required to send an annual REG E Disclosure to all customers even if they are given an initial REG E Disclosure when they open their account?

We send an annual Reg E disclosure to customers who have electronic credits posting to passbook accounts.

There is no requirement to send an annual notice in Reg E.

The Reg E error resolution notice is required annually, unless you are delivering the short version with each periodic statement (usually on the reverse side). I have found some banks that deliver statements on-line where this is not included and it necessitates an annual mailing or other form of electronic delivery if agreed too under thier e-sign agreement.

I need to rephrase my question. Are we required to send a annual Error Resolution Notice?

And I need to rephrase my answer. I was referring to a requirement to send your Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure (the one you provide at account opening) annually - which is not required. For the Error Resolution Notice, see Randy's answer above.
