Hi All,

My bank subservices some servicing rights to a third party. I am looking to complete some due diligence on the third party. What types of documentation should I be looking to obtain from the third party? P.S. I am working on a vendor management program and right now have not addressed what the bank should be obtaining. I am just looking to see what other people in this situation get for their due diligence.
