OK, maybe's Teddy is exagerating, but doesn't it make sense to take care and be a good steward of our natural resources? His calls to decrease (and in some cases, outright ban) commercial fishing is *not* going over well with certain industries and countries.
Also, his less than sympathetic approach approach isn't helping him make a lot of friends either. He is quoted as saying: "Clearly there's sacrifice and loss in the future for some people. I think the question you have to ask is, do you want fish to be there for the rest of our lives?"
