We recently lost our mortgage representative. In the interim, can we tell an applicant to contact Mr. X at our sister bank (within same holding company)? We will collect no fees or be involved in any other way.
You may want to review Section 3500.15 of RESPA and determine whether you will need to provide an Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement.
