We took a travel trailer as collateral for a loan. No land just the trailer for the purpose of being a dwelling for someone. As far as I can see this would not be RESPA correct? I have spent about an hour looking for this already, and I think that everything in that reg is just becoming a blur. Any other opinion would be appreciated.
