Does anyone use score cards to rate a branch after performing a branch audit and if so, please let me know what scoring methodolygy that you use. I would like to do a score card to give an overall score on a scale from 1-100 with 100 being the highest score a branch can recieve.

We do not use score cards - after a branch audit, the audit report is prepared as any other audit would be using our internal audit rating system - sample ratings could be above average, satisfacoty, below average, needs improvement, unsatisfactory, etc. The audit report itself will list deficiencies.
