Hello:

My question is related to the Equal Housing Lending logo.

The regulation stablish that we have to include the logotype in any advertisement and also use a poster in the branch.

But, if is necessary to use the logotype of Equal Housing Lending in all my stationary letter paper or any comunication not related to advertising?

No. The logo is only triggered if you promote home loans.
