We made a 12 interest-only construction loan. Construction is complete. Customer doesn't like the rates on the secondary market so the loan officer wants to renew the loan for another 12 months, but put the loan on payments with a 25 year amortization. Should we give earlies when we renew it and put it on payments? Thanks in advance.
