My company and I are attempting to locate some ACH penetration statistics. For instance the country average of ACH usage is 23% of a company's customer base. I have searched NACHA, SWACHA, and AFP. Can anyone help with this information?

ACH represents 29% of our payments and 23% of their value.
Cheques are 21% and 17% respectively. We are a large collection agency.
