I'm doing a BSA audit for our bank and we have a small trust department that also does investments with a brokerage firm. Would these be considered a NDIP? If so, what exactly should I be looking at for BSA purposes? How are NDIPs reviewed differently from regular trust accounts?

If they are considered customers of the trust department and not the brokerage firm, I would look into CIP.
