Are there certain requirements of information that have to be on the wire transfer form? The form we use is exactly like the forms used at other banks I have been. We want to update ours but want to make sure we keep all that is required.

We require the Purpose of the Wire be provided (not that they can't tell us whatever they wnat to!)

I would make sure that there is space for all elements required by the travel rule (even the optional fields).
