It doesn't.

The interest definition and section on premiums is being transferred to rule 330 Deposit Insurance Coverage.

See the FDIC's Federal Register entry for full details and how 330 will now read.

Part 329 is gone, because the FDIC removed it. But it saved the definition of interest and the section on premiums and stuck them into Part 330.
