I have a Revocable Living Trust with two Grantors Like
Joe Smith and Mary Smith Grantors
Joe Smith is deceased and the Trust is using his SS#,
My question is -- can we use the living Grantors Social Security number now for the Trust or are they required to obtain an EIN number.
With one of the Grantors deceased and the other still living would the trust remain Revocable until the second grantor Mary Smith is deceased?
and then at the time the second grantor is deceased would the trust become irrevocable and need an EIN NUMBER.

Yes, you may use the living Grantor's SSN. When they pass away, the trust must obtain an EIN.
