What does your bank do to educate originators/third-party senders about their responsibilities under NACHA rules?

Our ACH agreement stipulates that they will comply with NACHA rules. They also get a copy of the rules on CD; the account rep performs an annual audit that includes compliance with the ACH Rules Corporate Edition Handbook and PC security, among other things.

We do some of the same things, but we also send out an annual ACH Newsletter to our originators to remind them of key provisions of the ACH rules. It is just a one page newsletter, but we have received some positive responses from it.

Nice idea. A newsletter is simple, yet accomplishes the goal. I'm forwarding that to our CM guy, too.
