I am open for suggestions to change it up. We do also assign some online courses for everyone.

Not sure if it's already in your list, but we do training on 'holds' (Regulation CC). This is especially aimed at branch managers and tellers so that they know the rules surrounding the reasons for which they can place a hold and the time limitations.

Can anyone share how they do their annual training--we have complaints that it is too long, too short, etc.

we use a combination of in person and online training and some off-site for key individuals. If you figure out how to eliminate all the griping about training, please let us all know!

That is what we have been doing as well, the combination. We allow for 1 hour for our in person training. I think we will never be able to eliminate the griping!
